Melone Field Proposal

Please go to the document section on the left to view the final version of the Melone Field proposal that will be reviewed by the Town Selectmen on Tuesday September 7 at 9pm. We ask all of our parents to attend this meeting if possible. Please come prepared to enter the building at 8:45pm. A strong showing of support will be vital to the tenor of this discussion.

The purpose of the meeting Tuesday is to seek guidance from the Selectmen, and ideally their approval. We need their direction if there are obstacles we have not anticipated. The final task is to bring the proposal before the Community Preservation Committee to request the funds. If you are interested, please take some time to visit the Town of Sudbury website. You can read the mission statement of the CPC. Our proposal clearly falls within one of their stated goals.
