Sudbury Babe Ruth Fee Refund Policy

Registration fees are fully refundable during the open registration period for a season and until the teams are drafted for that season.  After teams are drafted, refunds are not made if a parent or guardian decides that a child will not participate for any reason. 

Registration fees are automatically refunded if a child has registered for a program and is not placed on a team.  This can occur if a child registers after the teams are drafted and no space is available on a team or if a child does not qualify for a competitive team.

Late fees are not refundable.

Any deviation or parental appeal to deviate from this policy will be considered and approved or disapproved by the Sudbury Babe Ruth President.
